A double rainbow forms when light refracts twice within water droplets suspended in the air.
In a double rainbow, a second arc is seen outside the primary arc, and has the order of its colours reversed, with red on the inner side of the arc.

Person with two different coloured eyes
This is an eye disease called Heterochromia iridum & for this one iris is different colour from the other. This is due to mutation of the genes that determine melanin distribution in iris.
This disease is more prelevent in cats & dogs, in humans it is rare.

Birth Places Of Ram, Sita & Ravan
According to Hindu Ramayana, Janakiharan & some manuscripts of sri lanka it is claimed that the birth places of the characters of Ramayana are as below.
1. Sita ( Janaki ) - Dhanusha district, Nepal
2. Ram - Ayodha, Uttar Pradesh, India
3. Ravan - Sri Lanka.
